Welcome to 4tikets.com (“4tikets”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 4tikets.com website, mobile applications, ticketing services, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, or creating/listing an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. About 4tikets

4tikets.com is an online event discovery and ticketing platform that enables users to discover events and purchase or reserve tickets for events listed on the Platform.

4tikets may also provide services to event organizers (“Organizers”) to create, manage, promote, and sell tickets for their events.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, 4tikets is not the organizer, producer, promoter, or owner of the events listed on the Platform. The event Organizer is responsible for conducting the event and fulfilling the obligations associated with it.

2. User Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when using the Platform.

By using 4tikets, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

  • The information provided by you is accurate and up to date.

  • You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

  • You will not use another person's account, payment method, or identity without authorization.

  • Where an event has age restrictions or other eligibility requirements, you are responsible for complying with them.

3. Event Listings

Event details displayed on 4tikets may include information such as:

  • Event name

  • Date and time

  • Venue

  • Ticket prices

  • Ticket categories

  • Seating information

  • Event description

  • Organizer information

  • Age restrictions

  • Event-specific terms

The Organizer is primarily responsible for the accuracy of event information supplied to 4tikets.

4tikets may rely on information provided by the Organizer and does not guarantee that every event description, image, schedule, price, or other information supplied by an Organizer is complete or error-free.

4. Tickets

Tickets purchased through 4tikets are subject to the conditions specified for the particular event.

A ticket may be:

  • Issued electronically;

  • Delivered through email, SMS, or the Platform;

  • Made available through your 4tikets account; or

  • Provided through another method specified for the event.

Each ticket is generally valid for one person unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for keeping your ticket, booking confirmation, QR code, or other access credentials secure.

A ticket may not be copied, duplicated, altered, or fraudulently reproduced.

4tikets and/or the Organizer may refuse admission where a ticket is found to be duplicated, fraudulent, invalid, cancelled, or obtained through unauthorized means.

5. Ticket Pricing and Charges

Ticket prices are displayed on the Platform before payment.

Depending on the event, additional charges may apply, including:

  • Booking fees

  • Convenience fees

  • Platform fees

  • Payment processing charges

  • Taxes

  • Delivery charges

The applicable charges will be displayed during the booking process where applicable.

Prices and availability may change before a booking is completed.

A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and generation of a valid booking confirmation or ticket.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways and payment service providers.

By making a payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction for the amount shown at checkout.

4tikets does not store complete payment-card information unless specifically permitted and handled in accordance with applicable laws and payment-security requirements.

If a payment is deducted but a ticket is not generated, you should contact 4tikets through the designated support channel. We may verify the transaction with the relevant payment provider before processing any refund or resolution.

7. Cancellation, Refunds and Event Changes

Cancellation and refund policies may vary from event to event.

Unless otherwise stated on the event page, tickets purchased through 4tikets may be non-refundable.

Where an event is:

  • Cancelled;

  • Postponed;

  • Rescheduled;

  • Relocated; or

  • Materially changed,

the applicable refund or ticket-transfer process will be communicated to ticket holders based on the Organizer's policy and applicable law.

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

Booking, convenience, platform, delivery, or other charges may be non-refundable where permitted by the applicable event-specific terms.

4tikets does not guarantee refunds where the Organizer's terms do not provide for a refund, except where required by applicable law.

8. Event Cancellation or Postponement

The Organizer is responsible for decisions relating to the cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, venue change, or modification of an event.

4tikets may communicate such changes to affected customers using the contact information associated with their booking.

If an event is cancelled or otherwise changed, the remedy available to the ticket holder will depend on the Organizer's policy, the terms communicated at the time of booking, and applicable law.

9. Entry to Events

Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee entry where the ticket holder:

  • Does not meet the event's eligibility requirements;

  • Fails to comply with venue rules;

  • Presents an invalid or fraudulent ticket;

  • Arrives after a specified entry time, where applicable; or

  • Engages in prohibited or disruptive conduct.

The Organizer and/or venue may conduct security checks and enforce their own entry and safety policies.

10. Resale and Transfer of Tickets

Tickets may not be resold, duplicated, commercially exploited, or transferred for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

Certain events may permit ticket transfers or name changes subject to the Organizer's rules.

4tikets may cancel tickets suspected of being obtained or used through fraudulent activity, bulk purchasing intended for unauthorized resale, or other misuse.

11. Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate event information;

  • Setting ticket prices and event-specific policies;

  • Obtaining necessary permissions, licenses, approvals, and registrations;

  • Conducting the event safely and lawfully;

  • Providing the advertised event experience;

  • Managing entry and venue operations;

  • Handling event-specific complaints; and

  • Complying with applicable laws and regulations.

4tikets does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or performance of any event organized by a third party.

12. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Platform to:

  • Commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent transactions;

  • Use stolen or unauthorized payment methods;

  • Create fake accounts;

  • Purchase tickets using automated systems or bots where prohibited;

  • Circumvent ticket limits;

  • Upload malicious software or harmful content;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform;

  • Interfere with Platform operations;

  • Misrepresent your identity;

  • Use the Platform for unlawful activities; or

  • Violate the rights of 4tikets, Organizers, venues, performers, or other users.

4tikets may suspend or terminate accounts and cancel transactions where misuse or suspicious activity is identified.

13. Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must immediately notify 4tikets if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4tikets will not be responsible for losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs, and other content provided by 4tikets, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit 4tikets content without prior written permission.

Event content, logos, photographs, trademarks, and other materials supplied by Organizers remain the responsibility of the respective rights holders.

15. User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, feedback, or other content to the Platform, you must ensure that you have the necessary rights to submit such content.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, abusive, obscene, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

By submitting content, you grant 4tikets a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the content for operating, promoting, and improving the Platform, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

16. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services including payment gateways, communication providers, mapping services, analytics providers, and other service providers.

Your use of such services may be subject to the respective third party's terms and policies.

4tikets is not responsible for failures or interruptions caused solely by third-party services.

17. Platform Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available and functioning properly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance;

  • Technical problems;

  • Network failures;

  • Security incidents;

  • Third-party service failures; or

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 4tikets will not be responsible for losses arising from:

  • Cancellation or postponement of an event by an Organizer;

  • Changes to event schedules, venues, performers, or programs;

  • The acts or omissions of an Organizer or venue;

  • Personal injury, loss, theft, or damage occurring at an event, except to the extent caused by 4tikets' own negligence or as otherwise required by law;

  • Incorrect information supplied by an Organizer;

  • Unauthorized use of tickets;

  • Third-party payment or service failures; or

  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

19. Force Majeure

4tikets and/or the Organizer will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, epidemics or pandemics, strikes, civil disturbances, war, terrorism, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

20. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using 4tikets, you acknowledge that information provided during registration, booking, payment, and event participation may be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

21. Communications

By creating an account or purchasing a ticket, you agree that 4tikets and/or the relevant Organizer may contact you regarding:

  • Booking confirmations;

  • Tickets;

  • Payment status;

  • Event updates;

  • Cancellations or schedule changes;

  • Customer support; and

  • Other communications directly related to your transaction.

Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and your communication preferences.

22. Suspension or Termination

4tikets may suspend or terminate access to an account or Platform services where we reasonably believe that a user:

  • Has violated these Terms;

  • Has engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity;

  • Has misused the Platform; or

  • Poses a security or operational risk.

Where appropriate, we may also cancel associated bookings or transactions.

23. Changes to These Terms

4tikets may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with the revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

By purchasing or using a ticket through 4tikets.com, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and any event-specific terms displayed during the booking process.

Event-specific terms may apply in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where applicable, the event-specific terms displayed at the time of booking will also form part of your agreement for that event.
